A vinyasa-inspired power flow with advanced poses, designed to enhance strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Yoga inspired CORE-focused movement with an emphasis in stability and core strengthening.

444 + LOTUS

A slow-paced flow with mindful movement and calming music. Instruction is sometimes given through pre-recorded voiceover, other times spoken live by the teacher.

Sculpt yoga and martial arts-inspired movement. Sculpt, strike and sharpen your focus.

777 + DUALITY

A pairing of HIIT training and yoga flow, offering the best of both worlds—yoga’s flexibility and balance with the power of strength training.

Full-body movement using dumbbells and bodyweight to build strength and endurance at a steady pace. HIIT Training.
